Durante lo stage, la risorsa avrà l'opportunità di focalizzare il suo percorso formativo su progetti di innovation, omnicanalità e soluzioni di digital health.
Sotto la guida del tutor, prenderà parte alle seguenti attività:
- Supporto al change management nell'ambito della digital evolution dell'affiliata;
- Collaborazione nel lancio, nello sviluppo e nella gestione di iniziative digitali rivolte a diversi stakeholder, come:
- App o soluzioni digitali sviluppate per pazienti, caregiver e largo pubblico
- Piattaforme scientifiche per operatori sanitari
- Contributo nel design e delivery di campagne omnichannel multi-target;
- Condivisione e promozione di progetti digitali e innovativi all'esterno e all'interno dell'azienda attraverso la preparazione di materiali, presentazioni, contributi a meeting cross‑funzionali;
- Supporto nell'identificazione di metriche efficaci per misurare l'impatto delle attività in cui sarà coinvolta.

Education, Experience e Soft Skills
- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia, Digital Marketing, Digital Communication o affini, farmacia, CTF o affini ma con spiccato interesse per il mondo digitale.
- Master post-lauream in Digital Marketing o equivalente (costituisce un plus)
- Ottima padronanza dell'inglese scritto e parlato
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta
- Attitudine al multitasking e buone competenze di project management
- Buone capacità analitiche e di visione strategica
- Autonomia nella gestione di suite Office, in particolare PowerPoint, Excel e tool di AI generativa
- Preferibilmente con capacità di scrittura testi per diversi canali e target (siti web, email, social media, app mobile, etc.)
