Congresses & Events Intern

Sobre o cargo:

Nosso(a) Estagiário(a) de Eventos atuará diretamente no suporte de diversas atividades, tais como, mas não limitadas a:

• Realizar acompanhamento e controle de relatórios e documentos relacionados às atividades da área de eventos;
• Abertura de requisições de compras, contratos e acompanhamento de tarefas administrativas da área;
• Realizar o fechamento financeiro dos eventos, incluindo consolidação de custos;
• Suporte em eventos internos.

Requisitos:

• Ensino Superior (em andamento) nos cursos de Hotelaria, Turismo, Administração, Marketing, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas em ciências humanas;
• Cursando Noturno e ter a possibilidade de estagiar por até 2 anos;
• Conhecimento avançado no pacote Office, com maior foco em Excel;
• Boa comunicação (oral e escrita), proatividade, organização, bom trabalho em equipe e vontade de aprender.

Remuneração e benefícios:

• Bolsa auxílio: R$2.150,00 (x12)
