About This Role:

The Compliance Risk Insights and Analytics Officer plays a critical role in enabling ethical, data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position provides strategic insights that influence global compliance initiatives and supports senior leadership in managing risk effectively.

As a key member of the Compliance team, this individual is responsible for creating, measuring, and tracking key risk indicators, metrics, and analytics. The role appropriately leverages advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to monitor and analyze data across multiple sources, including field activities, communications, and payment data. These insights help identify patterns, mitigate risks, and strengthen compliance programs globally. This position requires independent, proactive work and the ability to tailor insights for diverse audiences, including senior and executive leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Compliance Officers and other leaders to understand monitoring and reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Centrally review and assess monitoring findings and deviations.
  • Leverage AI-driven monitoring techniques to identify patterns and risks across diverse data sources, including field activity, communications, and payment data.
  • Deliver audience-specific analytics and insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop compliance monitoring strategies through strong understanding of compliance risks, guidelines, and industry trends.
  • Design and execute strategic insights projects that deliver high-quality, actionable results.
  • Provide strategic direction to internal and external monitoring resources.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and IT teams to define technical requirements and enhance analytics processes.
  • Manage analytics content and presentations to ensure focus on critical compliance questions and recommend improvements for data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee insights and reporting processes, optimize data generation and communication, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Convert large data sets into compelling data stories for presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with personnel across all functions, including senior and executive management.
  • Manage multiple complex global projects.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years in Compliance or related pharmaceutical/life sciences roles. Experience with data sources, analytics tools, and compliance systems.
  • Expertise in pharmaceutical industry monitoring practices, including oversight of field activities, communications, and payment data.
  • Knowledge of key compliance risk areas (e.g., FCPA, risk management).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills; ability to think strategically in complex environments.
  • Problem-solving skills with deep knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and systems supporting compliance programs.
  • Ability to present complex analytics in clear, actionable ways and communicate advanced concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; experience working with global cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Innovative mindset with ability to recommend and implement best practices.

  • Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł378,000.00-zł519,750.00
