Compensation Partner (Europe and APAC)
About This Role:
As the Compensation Partner for Europe and APAC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional compensation strategy within a dynamic and multi-faceted team environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of Compensation, you will act as a trusted partner to HR teams, ensuring alignment with the global business needs. Your responsibilities will include navigating complex compensation challenges, leading region-specific projects, and driving strategic initiatives that impact organizational growth and retention. This position is integral to harmonizing compensation practices across diverse markets, contributing significantly to the overall success of our business operations in Europe and APAC.

- Serve as a trusted compensation partner to HR for Europe and APAC, collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Lead and drive business-specific compensation projects such as reorganizations, market pricing reviews, and addressing retention needs.
- Participate in or lead Company-wide compensation projects and cross-functional HR initiatives, mobilizing resources to meet project timelines.
- Conduct data modeling and analysis, prepare communications, and draft recommendations for compensation solutions.
- Assess and provide compensation recommendations for job offers, leveling, promotions, and adjustments.
- Ensure alignment of compensation recommendations with Biogen's pay philosophy and strategy.
- Plan, communicate, and execute compensation-related efforts for business units, anticipating issues and proactively addressing them.

Your commitment to excellence and attention to detail are key to driving successful compensation strategies across diverse regions.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation management or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present recommendations effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in international compensation practices, particularly within Europe and APAC.
- Familiarity with HR systems and compensation planning tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Additional information:
- This role is in hybrid model of work.
- Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
- The base compensation range per year for this role is: 156 000 - 214 000 PLN gross.
