Community Systems & Engagement Administrator
About This Role:
In this dynamic role as a Community Systems & Engagement Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Biogen Foundation and Corporate Responsibility team, helping to drive our mission of transforming patients' lives and creating value for our shareholders and communities. You will manage key programs such as employee engagement initiatives and the grantee program, while supporting the delivery of Biogen's Global Day of Service, Caring Deeply Day. As a key contributor in aligning Biogen's Corporate Responsibility and Foundation initiatives, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance Biogen's leadership in Corporate Responsibility. You'll also oversee operational excellence by maintaining process governance, monitoring KPIs, and managing documentation for ESE and Sponsorship activities. This position offers the chance to collaborate across departments, providing insights and recommendations to ensure Biogen's reputation as a purpose-driven company.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Biogen Foundation tools, managing the Foundation inbox, grants management, and the Caring Deeply Portal.
- Act as the main point of contact with external vendors, ensuring system maintenance and alignment with project priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Foundation activities with company-wide initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize system processes to enhance user experience and program effectiveness.
- Provide reporting and insights to support Foundation operations and measure program outcomes.
- Serve as the point of contact for the global Caring Deeply Captain program, offering support, training, and resources.
- Track and maintain key metrics for the Biogen Foundation, including social media and sponsorship/event tracking.
- Support Corporate Responsibility-related programs, including writing content for internal communications and event sponsorships.
- Assist in corporate reporting activities, focusing on the Corporate Responsibility Report.
- Create periodic reporting to provide insights into team activities, monitoring KPIs and metrics for ESE and Sponsorship processes.
- Responsible for updating GBS-owned process documentation, ensuring alignment and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze incidents assigned to GBS ESE & SGG Operations, providing insights to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- BS or BA in life sciences, public affairs, environmental science, public health, system administration, or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate affairs, non-profit, administration, or operational roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry is an advantage.
- Experience in managing corporate responsibility or community engagement programs.
- Familiarity with grants management systems and volunteer coordination.
