Commercial Excellence & Insights Analyst (Fixed-Term, 2 years)

About This Role:

As the Commercial Excellence & Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving Customer Field Excellence (CFE) and Customer and Market Insights (CMI) across our aligned affiliates in Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Embedded within the Business Excellence & Operations team, this role is integral to supporting medical and commercial field teams with data-driven insights, analytics, and forecasting. You will contribute to omnichannel strategies, implement segmentation and targeting approaches, and ensure timely and accurate support for key business processes. By leveraging your analytical expertise, you will help shape strategic decisions, optimize field operations, and enhance organizational performance. What You'll Do:

• Prepare SFE performance analytics to optimize field team efficiency.
• Serve as the administrator for Veeva CRM, providing support and guidance for field teams.
• Implement segmentation and targeting approaches to enhance customer engagement strategies.
• Contribute to call planning, territory alignment, and MBO calculation processes.
• Collaborate with Global Business Services counterparts to ensure high-quality, timely support for affiliates.
• Prepare country and therapeutic area performance analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Support planning and forecasting efforts for patients, in-market units, and market shares.
• Integrate multiple data sources to provide objective analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with global CMI teams to adopt centralized processes and tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with operational projects focused on implementing best practices, processes, and tools within the CE&O space.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of a work permit and residency in Poland, and to be fluent in Polish.

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional European languages are a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Deep understanding of Customer & Market Insights and the ability to drive insight-to-action strategies.
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and innovative mindset.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining ethics and integrity.
• Strong communication skills and personal presence, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (50% onsite at our Warsaw office / 50% remote)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Align systems.
• Familiarity with omnichannel strategies and segmentation approaches.
• Proficiency in forecasting models and analytics for patient and market performance.
