Business Analysis Lead

Lead cross-departmental discussions for higher quality sales planning and business progress confirmation in cooperation with Customer Excellence and Finance.

Provide insight and solutions to business challenges by designing and conducting key market research or providing secondary data based on deep understanding of business.

Provide analysis results and insights useful for Sales Force Effectiveness to the sales planning team/BU.

Support BU and sales planning team by providing necessary data for incentive plan formulation and follow-up for each sales cycle, and breakdown of sales target plans to sales representatives.

Collaborate with the digital team to manage materials used by sales and operate web pages.
