Brand Manager
This position serves as Brand Lead for near-launch autoimmune products, shaping brand strategy and leading cross-functional launch execution to maximize patient impact and commercial success. The role translates global strategy into a compliant local go-to-market plan, including positioning, messaging, segmentation/targeting, omnichannel activation, and launch readiness across Commercial, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply/Logistics, and Finance. The Brand Lead owns key brand deliverables such as brand plan, launch plan, forecast inputs, performance metrics, and post-launch optimization. The position proactively identifies risks and opportunities, drives decision-making through insights and scenario planning, and ensures disciplined execution of launch milestones. The role requires strict adherence to compliance standards at all times-particularly during the pre-launch phase-ensuring that all activities are conducted within regulatory boundaries and that a clear operational separation is maintained between Commercial and Medical functions.
1. Lead Brand Strategy, Positioning and Launch Readiness (25%)
- Develop/refresh local brand strategy (vision, positioning, differentiation, value story, segmentation/targeting, launch objectives)
- Own integrated brand plan + launch plan governance and decision points
- Identify risks/opportunities and prepare decision briefs
2. Generate Insights, Forecasts and Performance Metrics (20%)
- Lead pre-/peri-launch insights generation to refine GTM choices
- Partner on forecast assumptions, scenarios, and R&O
- Define metrics and lead post-launch performance reviews
3. Deliver Omnichannel Brand Activation and Promotional Excellence (20%)
- Build customer engagement strategy and omnichannel plan (journeys, content, KPIs)
- Lead compliant content/material development and approvals (e.g., MLR)
- Support field readiness with Sales leadership
4. Lead Cross-Functional Launch Execution and Readiness (20%)
- Chair/co-lead launch governance; align owners and timelines across workstreams
- Coordinate with Regulatory/Quality/Supply for availability and contingencies
- Align with regional/global; escalate and resolve risks
5. Manage Brand Operations, Budget and External Partners (15%)
- Manage brand budget and spend cadence; link investment to priorities/ROI
- Oversee agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders for on-time delivery
- Capture lessons learned and improve ways of working

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercialization, product launch planning, or strategic marketing
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in market analysis, business case development, and stakeholder alignment across global and affiliate functions
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related field is required. A Master Degree is preferred for candidates with a strong strategic or analytical focus
