Associate Director, Business Operations & Performance, Region EU
About This Role:
As the Associate Director of Business Operations & Performance for Region EU, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic team, enabling and supporting regional efforts to optimize stakeholder collaboration and drive performance management commitments. In this operations-focused role, you will manage strategic insights and operational analysis, working closely with the Head of Strategy and Operations and the Regional Team to facilitate decision-making. Your contributions will be critical in fostering a high-performing environment. You will act as a trusted partner for the International Center of Excellence (ICoE) on region-related topics and lead projects that enhance business performance, positioning you as an indispensable asset in our fast-paced, innovative company.
What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic analysis on regional performance, identifying trends and issues to aid decision-making.
- Liaise actively with cross-functional country and ICoE teams to analyze challenges and consult on solutions.
- Conduct financial and marketing research, driving subsequent projects or activities.
- Collaborate on strategic analysis, assisting in the development of long-term strategies and execution plans for Region Europe.
- Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on portfolio performance evaluation and strategic initiatives.
- Lead workshops and meetings on operational excellence and performance topics.
- Drive cross-functional projects at local, global, or international levels with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Support interactions with ICOE and participate in ITAC meetings.
- Assist in the AOP process by gathering key information and evaluating future trends.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Financial acumen and ability to learn and adapt.
- Strong team-player with navigational skills in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in English; additional European language is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
- Good intercultural awareness.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
