Job Summary:
In this role, you will coordinate the screening, and referral activities for craft employee positions. You will initiate recruitment advertisements, network with employment organizations, Your efforts will contribute to meeting project labor requirements and successful project staffing.
This position is designated as full-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project and project travel as requested.
Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.
Ensure quality candidate selection by ensuring the sourcing team have approved position descriptions to reference when reviewing candidate expression or interests and/or applications.

Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delegating the daily and weekly sourcing tasks to meet the approved overall enterprise hiring plan by ensuring a fair and equitable distribution of sourcing targets between the sourcing coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with the agreed hiring process relative to the Employment and Mobilisation procedure(s) developed for the project.
- Ensure compliance with the Project certified labor agreement requirements and wage bulletins throughout the engagement process.
- Analyze and report on craft availability in relation to the number of expression of interest forms/applications received and screened. Assess the data to make recommendations with respect to remedy and/or mitigate areas of labour shortfall.
- Production of a weekly report detailing the completed sourcing activities and proposed mobilisation for the next 4 weeks based on the approved hiring plan
- Sourcing team are to provide a summary of activities performed daily in the plan of the day meeting for the Workforce Planning Supervisor to monitor.
- On a monthly basis reviews the upcoming 90-day plan noting activities required to meet the requirements. Activities planned would include job fairs, targeted advertising, SMS campaigns, as well as screening targets. is to also use this opportunity to escalate any concerns/barriers ie issues with process/system, availability of labor, process times to ensure Labor Relations Manager and Construction Manager have opportunity to assist and support where available.
- Partners with project leadership, Construction, Workforce Services and Labor Relations to forecast craft staffing requirements and support with supplemental candidates.
- Collects and analyzes labor market information to assess craft availability, skill levels, workforce trends, and market conditions.
- Maintains accurate recruitment, candidate, and craft employee data and supports reporting on staffing progress, candidate flow, and workforce metrics.
- Delivers quarterly workforce gap analysis reports with actionable recommendations to address labor shortages.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of craft recruitment, team supervision and knowledge of recruitment systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-moving project environment.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.
- Commitment to fair, consistent, transparent, and compliant recruitment practices.
