The Dashboard & Analytics Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that serve the CCGT AI programme, including Databricks-based reporting pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks. Based in New Delhi, this role will collaborate closely with the CCGT AI Delivery & Data Readiness Manager and the wider data engineering team to deliver analytics that drive transparency and accountability across the programme.

Major Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support CCGT AI programme reporting, decision-making, and stakeholder communications.
- Build and maintain analytics pipelines in Databricks, and/or Power Platform where appropriate, to enable scalable and automated reporting from structured and semi-structured data sources. - Collaborate with the CCGT AI Delivery & Data Readiness Manager to translate business reporting requirements into effective analytics solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs, implementing data quality checks and validation routines.
- Support value realisation reporting, enabling programme stakeholders to track AI programme benefits against defined targets and baselines.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all reporting solutions, including data dictionaries, data lineage records, and refresh schedules.
- Engage with project and functional stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver actionable, insight-driven outputs.
- Contribute to the standardisation of reporting templates and data visualisation best practices across the AI programme.
- Monitor dashboard performance and user adoption, iterating on design and content based on stakeholder feedback.
