Project Overview:

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will support project recruiting, screening, and processing efforts for a manual craft professional workforce. You will assist with document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, and updating employee data in the HRIS system. Your efforts and attention to detail will contribute to ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process. #LI-TH1

Major Responsibilities:

• Supports recruiting, screening, and in processing efforts of the required manual workforce craft professional workforce as needed
• Assists with the preparation and submission of required documentation for government, labor and immigration offices and/or client project requirements
• Performs work authorization checks I-9, employment verifications, background submittals and pre-employment processing as needed
• Maintains and updates employee data in the Craft HRIS system, accreditation systems, and/or in physical employee files
• Compiles and submits employee information required for accreditation, audits, or other administrative reasons

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Required bilingual communication in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements associated with sourcing employees and applicants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior work experience in industrial craft recruiting.
• Understands craft skill sets.
• Former experience working in a craft.
