- A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.).

Job Summary:
The Startup Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting projects across all global business units for deploying and maintaining assigned Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAP). The role will be part of the Corporate Digital Delivery team within the Integration and Turnover workstream.
The role is accountable for engaging project management and subject matter experts and ensure timely and successful deployments on projects. Integral part of the work team helping to improve the digitalization of Bechtel's work processes. It is accountable for software meeting work-process requirements, identifying and implementing Innovative concepts, work processes and tools to meet strategic project requirements, lower cost and reduce project duration.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support the interface with projects across all Bechtel GBU's to collect functional requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance for software releases.
- Collaborate with end users on issues and gaps in the software or the work process.
- Position requires travel to project sites when required for deployment support and training.
- Compiles and drafts content for technical user manuals, software training videos, training presentations, and presentations to upper management.
- Initiate and liaison with corporate Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning & Startup, Construction, IS&T and Quality organizations to support Digital Delivery initiatives.
- Writes SQL Stored Procedures to help support custom applications.
- Manages API Integration between both internal and external applications.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or another relevant technical discipline from an accredited university.
- Ability to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Good knowledge or experience in writing SQL queries and procedures for SQL Server/Oracle.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Strong development, analytical, and problem-solving skills to be able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be a quick learner and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
