Manufacturing Operations

Our Manufacturing Operations organization comprises multiple manufacturing locations across the globe where our teams have a hands-on role producing high quality products in high-quality facilities, what allows us to provide our customers with exceptional products and solutions.

About the role

AsWarehouse Operations Leaderyou willoversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, inventory control, and transport planning. It ensures efficient, compliant, and timely product flow while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in shaping operational strategy and driving excellence across the warehouse function.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage teams across planning, inventory, inbound, and outbound operations to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards in all warehouse activities
  • Develop and implement training plans to maintain regulatory compliance and promote cross-training for flexibility
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress against business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and a zero-loss mindset
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members, including performance reviews and absence management
  • Oversee resource allocation and budget adherence for warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to optimize processes and enhance service levels

About you

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in operations management
  • Proven experience leading warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and logistics software
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
