The Training Specialist plays an important role in supporting training needs and processes to drive lean and agile principles across the organization. This position helps build an engaged and competent workforce and contributes to improving overall productivity. The incumbent will be responsible for executing predefined training programs related to processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute predefined training programs to equip associates with the necessary Operational skills, knowledge and experience to perform the assigned task and compliance to standards.
- Keep track of Plant Training Program - training matrix, plan, execution, and evaluation.
- Oversee the On-the-Job training program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Compile, govern and distribute training related reports.
- Support Plant transformation journey via associates' competency upskilling program.
- Execute and keep track of Internal/External training - Registration, Gov grant, Certification, Evaluation, and records.
- Create and prepare predefined training materials, support training arrangement and administrations.
- Safety and ISO14001 Environmental accountability. Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company's rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement, and reduction of resource materials.
- Safety & health accountability: Safety and health are important to BD and we encourage the observance of all safety programs and training assigned to you. Such programs are to be attended in a timely manner to ensure that work tasks carried out are in accordance to our safety guidelines and SOPs.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
- Diploma in Engineering, Business or Human Resource.
- Experience in executing and managing projects to achieve value proposition to target business group.
- Preferably with experience in 2 or more manufacturing areas including production, engineering, warehouse, sterilization, printing, and quality.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Training, HR.
- Must be action-oriented, and able to learn and adjust quickly to manage change in team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, video making/editing, and the ability to influence and interact well with internal and external customers at all levels.
