As aTerritory Manager for Advanced Patient Monitoring, you'll be at the forefront of BD's mission to advance the world of health™. You'll partner with clinicians in operating rooms, anaesthesia, and intensive care to bring innovative hemodynamic monitoring solutions to life - improving patient safety and shaping the future of critical care.
Your Day-to-Day
Every day at BD brings new opportunities to make an impact. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their challenges, provide solutions that improve outcomes, and ensure BD remains a trusted partner in advanced monitoring.
From managing complex capital equipment sales cycles to supporting clinicians with product education and driving product utilisation, your work will help advance care where it matters most in Hospitals across theNSW North Territory(from RPA/St Vincents up to Northern NSW)
How You'll Make an Impact
- Build and manage strong relationships with clinicians and hospital decision-makers across NSW.
- Drive adoption of BD's Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio through strategic account planning and execution.
- Support customers with product training and procedural expertise to ensure safe, effective use.
- Identify growth opportunities, manage your funnel, and deliver on revenue targets.
- Champion BD's purpose-driven approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to advancing health.
About You
You're passionate about improving patient care and thrive in a role where your expertise makes a real difference.
You'll bring:
- Experience in capital equipment salesOR a background as aClinical Specialist, Applications Specialist, or Critical Care Nurseready to transition into sales.
- Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and build relationships at all levels - from nurses to C-suite.
- Commercial acumen with a talent for strategic planning and business growth.
- Curiosity, agility, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
