Job Description
En tant que Technicien itinérant au sein de BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) et de l'équipe Global Customer Services (GCS), vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement de nos clients autour de nos technologies médicales innovantes.
Vous assurez l'installation, la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que la formation des utilisateurs sur nos solutions de pointe, telles que les armoires de distribution automatisées Pyxis et nos dispositifs de perfusion.
Vous devenez l'expert technique de référence pour votre région, garantissant la performance, la sécurité et la conformité de nos dispositifs médicaux. Selon les besoins, vous pouvez également intervenir en renfort sur la France ou, de façon très ponctuelle, au Benelux, pour soutenir nos clients et partager votre expertise.

Responsabilités principales
- Réaliser l'installation, la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements médicaux sur site, en garantissant performance et fiabilité.
- Fournir un support technique et des formations aux équipes biomédicales et aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Gérer de manière autonome votre planification quotidienne et l'organisation de vos interventions, en veillant à disposer des outils, pièces détachées et équipements nécessaires.
- Maintenir à jour la documentation technique, saisir rigoureusement les rapports d'intervention dans les systèmes de gestion de service client et respecter les KPIs contractuels.
- Détecter les opportunités d'amélioration, anticiper les problèmes techniques, remonter et suivre les demandes clients jusqu'à leur résolution complète.
- Respecter strictement les processus qualité, sécurité et réglementaires de BD et des établissements de santé partenaires.
- Secteur France, support ponctuel sur le reste du west hub (France, Benelux) possible.
Profil Recherché
- Bac+2 minimum en ingénierie électronique, électrotechnique, GEII, MSMA ou expérience équivalente dans un rôle technique terrain.
- Solides connaissances des systèmes Windows et des technologies réseaux (une certification CompTIA Network+ est un plus).
- Maîtrise de l'anglais technique (lu et écrit).
- Maîtrise d'un CRM (Salesforce, ServiceMAX) appréciée.
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens du service client.
Posté itinérant, idéalement basé vers vers Amiens.
Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste : 44000 à 50 000 EUR / an
