The Injection Molding Technical Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the plastic product manufacturing process. This role ensures efficient machine operation, accurate setup of parameters and materials, and adherence to quality standards throughout production.

Job Description

Operate and maintain injection molding machinery to achieve production targets.

Set up machines with correct parameters, molds, and materials according to specifications.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with product standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support assigned projects and process improvements.

Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conforming products. Perform product changeovers and follow up on 1st piece submissions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Preferred Requirements

Technical diploma or equivalent experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing.

Understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and machine settings. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated good communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.

Good computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
