Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented microbiology expert to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for professionals with many experiences in clinical lab medicine. To expansion Microbiology business. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation, training, and troubleshooting of our diagnostic solutions in clinical settings across Korea.

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Provide expert clinical microbiology consulting to hospitals, laboratories.

Workflow optimization for microbiology laboratories

Technical interpretation support for clinical decision-making

Advisory based on international guidelines (CLSI, etc)

2. Lead clinical value assessments and optimization strategies for microbiology diagnostic solutions

3. Manage collaborations with key customers

4. Deliver scientific and clinical insights to Application team

Conduct training sessions, develop technical messaging, share clinical trends

5. Support product verification, analysis of clinical usage patterns, and VOC-driven improvement proposals

6. Propose tailored diagnostic solutions based on clinical needs and laboratory environments

7. Represent the organization in conferences, workshops, and symposia with clinical presentations

Qualifications

National Clinical Laboratory Scientist (임상병리사) license or equivalent professional qualification

Practical experience in clinical microbiology (culture, identification, AST, workflow management)

Strong consulting and clinical advisory skills based on customer needs

Nice to have

Experience as a Microbiology Unit Manager in hospital
