Job Description

Job Summary:

The Technical Application Specialist at Becton Dickinson Korea Limited provides expert technical support and application-specific guidance to customers, ensuring the optimal performance and utilization of BD products. This role acts as a crucial link between customers and BD's technical and commercial teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for BD's product portfolio, including instruments, reagents, and software, to customers in Korea.
Conduct product installations, and user training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring a deep understanding of product features and applications.
Provide advanced application support, helping customers optimize their workflows, interpret results, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.
Develop and update technical documentation, training materials, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
Participate in internal and external training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications:

Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.

Experience with flow cytometry, cell analysis technologies, or related research applications is highly preferred.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and cross-functional internal teams.

* Business-level English communication skills sufficient for collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
