By aligning and streamlining our work, our Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation in everything from integrated sample management to diagnostic solutions. The Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) unit is currently seeking:

Sr Manager of BD Excellence is responsible for implementing key business improvement initiatives for new product introductions, opportunity identification, data analysis, and flow design in manufacturing lines, ensuring business process optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, performance measurement, and change management.
• Applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to sustain improvement results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, FDA) and occupational health and safety policies.
• Identify, advise and train potential Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Communicate business problems and opportunities to senior management.
• Plan and execute Kaizen events for process improvement.
• Manage the department's budget within established limits.
• Oversee compliance with quality, safety and internal procedures standards.
• Implement appropriate metrics and measurement systems for continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the strategic project selection process.
• Design and manage training plans for cross-functional teams.
• Optimize business processes in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead the deployment of Lean Six Sigma at the facility.
• Establish an effective problem-solving and root-cause analysis system.
• Support the process of aligning objectives and complying with corporate standards.
• Oversee and train personnel assigned to business excellence activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the priorities and strategic needs of the business.

Requirements
Education and Experience

• Engineering Degree, Master's Degree (desirable). 3 to 8 or more years of experience in Engineering or Process Excellence activities

Knowledge and Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Master Black Belt preferred.
• GMP, OSHA, ISO/EN 13485 and Foreign Regulations knowledge.
• MS Office Tools.
• Leadership, capable to lead support staff.
