Main responsabilities will include:
Define and negotiate Customer Quality Agreements and Customer Specifications
- Identifies the customer's needs and expectations pertaining to multiple products and sites internally and at the customer.
- Educates the customer on BD products specificities, manufacturing processes, and quality controls.
- Negotiates Quality Agreements and specifications with the customer. Ensures alignment on descriptions of non-conformities/conditions, control methods, and AQL levels. Ensures that committed specifications/agreements are aligned with BD capability and strategy through established processes.
Prepare Customer Notification of Change (CNC) letters
- Assesses Change Control submissions with B2B Quality Team to determine impact to customers.
- Engages with project teams to assemble required documents to complete CNC.
- Prepares and submits CNC letters to customers, addressing any follow-up inquiries.
Address Quality/Technical Customer requests
- Addresses customer request directly or engages with cross-functional team to prepare a response
Voice of the Customer
- Conveys the customer's needs and requirements within the BD organization.
- Contributes to measurements of the customer's satisfaction and evidence of continuous improvements.
- Engages others in developing successful new ideas to improve products, processes and services that fulfill emerging needs and reinforce the BD positions.
Manage Customer Complaints
- Acts as the entry/exit point for Customer Product/Service Complaints.
- Ensures availability of all information/data necessary for proper investigation
- Partners with other BD functions at the plant to ensure the timeliness of complaint reports and CAPA closure.
General B2B Quality Support
- Supports the B2B team in submitting and responding to customer queries.
- Ensures proper understanding and the objective of customer quality requests.
- Supports the Customer Notification of Change (CNC) process, by review of Change Notifications and performing assessments.
- Supports the progress and development of the B2B Quality team through new initiatives in response to customer requirements and market trends.

Facilitate Customer Audits
- Partners with the site audit coordinator for audit organization.
- Organizes preparation meetings with associates at the site to ensure that they are prepared.
- Accompanies the customer to the site (for for-cause audits) to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Assists the site, when applicable, with customer communications following the audit, including CAPA plans to be managed by the site.
About you
- B.S. or M.S. degree in engineering or related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 4years of relevant experience or a combination of equivalent education in pharmaceutical or medical device or other related industries.
