As part of this initiative, we are seeking a skilled Connectivity Manager for the Western Europe Hub, who will be instrumental in driving the integration of BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS). Reporting to the Customer Success Leader, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our Solutions strategy in France and Benelux. This itinerant position for France and Benelux requires an average of 30% travel and can be based anywhere in France, in a city with easy access to transportation.

Our vision for Medication Management Solutions at BD
With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role :

Medication safety & automation represents a strategic growth area for BD.The Solution specialist is responsible for ensuring that all designed solutions meet the desired outcomes of our customers.
They will provide expert knowledge of their portfolio and the customer settings in which they are used, and will apply a consultative mindset to ensure that our customers' needs are met.You will work with Sales, Marketing, Technical and Clinical colleagues to make sure that the customer has the best customer experience, developing deep and trusted relationships within the hospital environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility to lead workflows discussion and optimisation for BD medication management solution
  • Having a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote)
  • Demonstrating Lean experience, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Applying knowledge of the hospital/group of hospitals' business to develop optimal solutions and support tender process.
  • Proactively, and with a regular cadence, demonstrating to the client the defined value of partnering with BD MMS
  • Leading truly consultative interactions, workshops and projects leading to larger, long-term partnerships with customers, including multiple MMS product solutions.
  • Developing tools and resources to simplify discovery and solution design activities.
  • A good understanding of data intelligence tools and ability to support any potential project related to BD medication management solutions.
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of GDPR and other related regulations.
  • Work on quantitative analytics projects to support market research, Evidence Generation, and proof of ROI.
  • Develop experience integrating database information with visualization tools.
  • Develop ability to develop automated tools to simplify data capture and analysis.
  • Develop knowledge of working with Microsoft BI, SQL DB, CAD, and other simulation and data analytics tools.
  • Align with the Platform Marketing, R&D and Product Development to inform and support strategies to ensure current and future roadmaps.

About you

  • Degree in Pharmacy or pharmacy IT
  • Strong background in aseptic compounding services and experience in distribution, pharmacy operations and clinical services.
  • Prior experience in solution consulting roles, transformational projects, customer success and/or solution management is desirable.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Ability to effectively manage executives at all levels.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Lean certification is desirable, ability to demonstrate lean thinking is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms preferred.
  • Sales or post-sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent record in contributing to close large deals and managing complex opportunities is desirable
