Job Description

[Field Action-Focused Responsibilities]

  • Serve as a dedicated specialist for scheduled Field Actions (inspection, software updates, etc.).
  • Visit customer sites nationwide to verify equipment conditions and execute Field Actions based on approved procedures.
  • Prepare and submit Field Action reports, documentation, and activity logs in internal systems.
  • Identify issues encountered during Field Action processes and escalate promptly to internal technical support.
  • Coordinate schedules and collaborate with dealer/partner engineers to ensure smooth Field Action execution.

[General Service Support]

  • Support basic maintenance and inspection of medical devices (Arctic Sun product line).
  • Assist in equipment installations and customer training sessions.
  • Participate in preliminary troubleshooting activities to support root-cause identification.
  • Comply with QMS, service standards, and internal operational procedures.
  • Support customer communication and contribute to service satisfaction.
