- Independently executes supply planning activities for high-mix-low-volume products
- Drive consensus process with demand planning and coordinate with contract manufacturing to develop the production plan made for instruments, sub-assembly and PCBA
- Drive Contract manufacturers and to develop production schedule by working cross functionally with Supply Chain and Manufacturing while achieving optimum inventory level across the DCs
- Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating materials and changing production priorities (PO creation, rescheduling, cancellations)
- Actively engage cross-functional teams and external suppliers (contract manufacturers) to deliver business metrics (e.g. Product Availability, On-Time Delivery) and drive actions to meet/exceed goals
- Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks with demand planning to ensure sufficient finished goods supply including PCBA and sub-assembly
- Monitor and manage demand fluctuations, forecast changes, and supply risks
- Manage ECR / ECO activities with Contract Manufacturers, review and analyze turnaround time for impact sheet submission performance
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/ Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Supply Planning and Buying
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft MS Excel preferred
- Knowledge of SAP (including SAP APO) preferred

- Strong analytical skills, meticulous with keen eye for business and customer focus

- Able to work efficiently and independently under pressure and multi-tasks
