Join BD Parata's Global Platform team as a Senior Marketing Manager and drive the future of pharmacy automation! Parata is a high-growth, strategic business in the Pharmacy Automation platform, offering cutting-edge central fill solutions that combine automation hardware, workflow management software, and services for high-volume dispensing operations. These solutions deliver clinical, operational, and financial improvements.
Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Central Fill, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Rx Solutions and Launch Excellence initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of innovative hardware programs, focused on Rx Filling and Workflow Optimization Launches. You will oversee the product management of key Central Fill solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving commercial excellence and optimizing workflow processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Central Fill Hardware Solutions, including simplification and end-of-life strategies.
- Ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades and improvements.
- Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless upgrades.
- Marketing core team member for Hardware Launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing tactics, portfolio roadmap, and uncover market trends for hardware in a central fill environment.
- Drive initiatives to achieve commercial excellence, maximizing product adoption and revenue.
- Develop messaging, training, product claims and product-specific content and tools.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans.
- Coordinate with supply-chain on global demand forecast and manage product-level supply continuity.
- Plan and execute internal marketing campaigns to support the growth and vitality of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Education
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years experience in the medical device and/or software product management.
- Demonstrated ability to set vision, develop and implement product strategies and drive successful execution to meet business objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving results working across dynamic teams, complex business environments and matrix organizations.
- Strong analytics, market research, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work in high-paced environment and routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
- Strong collaborative mindset, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix organizational structure.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
