Job Description
Drive Sales Growth Through:
1, Market Expansion & Share Growth
Increase BD market share through new product listings, tender participation, and effective messaging. Lead and organize educational activities such as seminars and dinner symposiums to drive adoption and engagement.
2, Target Therapy Development
Expand target therapy adoption through clinical detailing, proactive case support, including urgent support during nights and holidays when required.

3, Competitor Conversion
Leverage clear product differentiation to convert business from competitors and strengthen market positioning.
4, KOL & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and develop a pipeline of emerging talent to support both short-term performance and long-term growth.
5, Compliance & Execution Excellence
Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and maintain high standards in daily operations.
6, Additional Responsibilities
Take on other assignments as required to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with catheter-based systems.
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals industry.
• Experience in KOL engagement and logistics operations.
• Basic proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates BD values: Teamwork, Integrity, Diligence, Focus, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Service.
