Job Description
BD is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for its Peripheral Intervention (PI) division to drive sales growth and market share within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for the Peripheral Intervention product portfolio within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals on BD PI products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to expand market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, clinical, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize sales activities, customer visits, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience).
- Sales experience in the medical device, preferably in interventional cardiology, radiology, or peripheral vascular.
- Experience in Operating room.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong understanding of the Greek healthcare market and relevant clinical procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals at all levels.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
The ideal candidate must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Territory coverage is Athens area, with the flexibility to travel around South Greece.
The salary range for this role is 37.900eur to 42.000eur.
