Job Description

Responsabilidades Principales

• Inspeccionar pallets dañados para evaluar el tipo de reparación requerida.
• Reparar pallets mediante reemplazo de tablas, clavos y refuerzos estructurales.
• Desarmar pallets no recuperables para reutilizar componentes en condiciones aceptables.
• Utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas (martillo, sierra, pistola de clavos, etc.).
• Clasificar pallets según su estado.
• Mantener el área y estacion de trabajo limpia y ordenada (5S).
• Cumplir con normas de seguridad industrial, uso de EPP y prevención de riesgos.
• Reportar condiciones inseguras y fallas recurrentes en los pallets.

Habilidades Requeridas (Skills)

Técnicas:

• Manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
• Conocimiento básico de estructuras de madera.
• Capacidad para identificar defectos estructurales.
• Capacidad de trabajo manual y físico.

Experiencia

• Deseable: 6 meses a 1 año en actividades similares:
  • Carpintería básica
  • Reparación de pallets
  • Construcción ligera en madera
  • Trabajo en producción o almacén

Requisitos Físicos

• Capacidad para levantar peso (hasta ~25 kg o según normativa).
• Trabajo de pie durante largos periodos.
• Uso constante de herramientas manuales y/o electricas.
