Job Description Summary
The role of Quality Assurance Specialist will play a part in maintaining the EMEA QMS in alignment of our with internal guidelines, standards, regulations and customer expectations. This individual will contribute to maintaining, implementing and improving our processes by supporting relevant quality administrative activities in the dedicated projects.
Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support Project Manager(s) and change owner(s) in project implementation and follow up.
- Support in the development and maintenance of the Regional Quality System to ensure compliance with applicable highest Quality Management System Standards and Requirements.
- Supports by completing the required quality administrative task (ie. support on CAPA action plan, procedure preparation, training assignment, update of documentation, metrics preparation).
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with both inside and outside parties to ensure the most efficient performance.
- Identifies resistance, performance gaps and finds opportunities for process optimization and brings up them to Line Manager for visibility of oingoing issues. And support to develop and implement appropriate actions to prevent or address them.
About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in Quality Administrative activities within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry with knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001, MDR/ IVD).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams keeping the customer focus.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), other languages are a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary range for this role: 115,000 PLN - 127,000 PLN / year
