• Colaborar con los directores de programas, patrocinadores del proyecto y partes interesadas para definir los objetivos y el caso de negocio.
• Liderar la ejecución y entrega de múltiples proyectos de distinta magnitud.
• Asumir la responsabilidad de cumplir los objetivos y beneficios del proyecto dentro del cronograma, los recursos y los límites del alcance definidos.
• Asegurar la alineación con el marco, las metodologías y las políticas de gestión de proyectos de EPPM / PMaa'S globales, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos de gestión de cartera y gobernanza de proyectos regionales y locales definidos.
• Manejar los riesgos y problemas del proyecto para asegurar un impacto controlado en los planes y entregables de este.
