Job Description Summary
This internship supports the development and management of company-wide content and marketing claim databases as BD integrates AI into content governance, reuse, and compliance workflows. The role focuses on extracting claims from marketing materials, structuring metadata, organizing information into machine-readable formats, and creating claim records in Veeva Vault. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with structured data, taxonomies, and digital content systems.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Extract marketing claims from various marketing materials and classify them according to defined metadata structures and taxonomies.
- Organize claim data into machine-readable formats (e.g., structured tables, metadata fields) to support AI-driven governance and content reuse.
- Create and update claim records in Veeva Vault, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Support ongoing enhancements to content databases and metadata frameworks across the organization.
- Assist in improving content governance workflows as AI tools are integrated into review, approval, and reuse processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect source materials, clarify claim details, and maintain high-quality data integrity.
- Review English-language marketing materials to extract claims and supporting references.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or current student in Data Science, Information Science, Cognitive Science, (secondary Digital Media, Communication), Linguistics, Biotechnology, or other fields combining analytical thinking with strong writing skills and interest in AI-driven content workflows
- Ability to review approved marketing materials and accurately extract claim statements in a structured format.
- Capable of categorizing claims by product, claim type, source document, and reference.
- Ability to create new claim records in Veeva Vault while following standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to support updates, corrections, and archiving of claim records as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior project experience (academic or internship) involving documentation, data handling, or process management is a plus.
- Communication skills (Advanced English proficiency, Korean native)
