Job Description

The Molding Utility Operator will load,operate, and unload Die Trim and Case pack to produce rubber products consistent with product specifications, whilemaintainingproduction and quality standards and controlling waste.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Casepack:

• Program electronic scale toestablishaccurateweigh count perCasepack(according tostopper size).

• Inspect, close, label, and assignCasepackto the proper pallet.

• Maintainaccuratelothistory and quality assurance documentation.

• Maintainsaccurateproduction andlothistory documentation throughcomputer-basedsystems.

• Maintains a neat and orderly production environment.

• Continuallymonitorsin-process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds.

• Perform and document all required QualityControlchecks.

• Generates hold tickets as needed.

• Observes all safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements (QSR).

• Performrework asrequired.

• Communicate with upstream manufacturing and technical associates to address and prevent quality issues.

Die Trim:

• Load molded stopper pads onto Die Trim cavity belt.

• Trim stoppers and remove full totes.

• Maintain standard production,qualityand waste.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent experience

• Must be proficientwithsimple math.

• Ability toMulti-task

Preferred Requirements:

• 6 - 12 months of manufacturing experience

• Must have the dexterity to use a hammer anddinker(hole punch)

• Must have the ability to use scissors

• Must be forklift qualifiable (electric pallet jack only)

• Computer Literacy
