Job Description

AsMarketing Specialist, you will support the delivery of marketing activity across the business, playing a hands-on role in executing events, managing marketing collateral and coordinating digital content for our Advanced Patient Monitoring product range.
This is a12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for a marketing associate/assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with structure and detail, and likes being at the centre of activity - making sure things land well and on time.
You'll work closely with Marketing Managers, Sales and Product teams to deliver high-quality marketing execution that supports customer engagement and commercial objectives.
Your Day-to-Day
You will focus on coordination, execution and delivery across key marketing activities.
You will:
- Support planning and delivery of events, workshops and conferences, including logistics and on-site coordination
- Manage development, localisation and distribution of marketing collateral in line with brand and compliance requirements
- Coordinate digital activity, including website updates, email campaigns and content deployment
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver assets on time and on brand
- Support campaign execution by managing timelines, approvals and tracking deliverables
- Assist with internal and external communications, including announcements and updates
- Maintain marketing trackers, asset libraries and documentation
- Support post-event follow-up and reporting
- Ensure all materials comply with internal processes and industry requirements
This is a role where organisation, follow-through and attention to detail matter.
About You
You're organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple pieces of work at once. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering polished outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role
- Exposure to events, collateral and digital marketing activity
- Strong organisation and project-coordination skills
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Experience in MedTech, Pharma or regulated environments (preferred but not essential)
