Job Description
Responsibilities
Central Fill Portfolio Execution
- Support execution of downstream marketing strategy for the Central Fill portfolio aligned with business growth objectives
- Develop and deploy compelling value propositions emphasizing operational efficiency, scalability, and patient impact
- Contribute to commercialization and lifecycle marketing activities to drive sustained adoption
National Accounts & Health Systems Focus
- Develop targeted marketing programs tailored to National Accounts and Health Systems, including IDNs and large pharmacy operators
- Partner with Strategic Accounts and Sales teams to align marketing with account plans and revenue targets
- Support executive engagement strategies, customer workshops, and key account activations

- Design and execute omnichannel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth
- Support product launches, campaign execution, and field enablement initiatives
- Represent Central Fill portfolio at tradeshows, conferences, and customer events
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Develop sales tools, messaging, and customer-facing collateral for enterprise-level selling
- Enable Sales teams with insights and materials tailored to health systems and national customers
- Partner with Commercial Operations to optimize lead flow and conversion
Customer & Market Insights
- Collect and synthesize voice of customer and market trends to inform strategy
- Translate insights into actionable marketing programs
Performance Optimization
- Track performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, engagement, and ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- MQL and SQL generation and conversion
- Pipeline and revenue growth within National Accounts and Health Systems
- Campaign ROI and cost per lead
- Customer engagement and satisfaction (including NPS)
- Successful execution of launches and campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or capital equipment
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts including Health Systems or National Accounts
- Proven experience in go-to-market execution and sales enablement
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
