Job Description

Are you a strategic marketing professional with a passion for healthcare innovation? At BD, we're looking for a Marketing Manager, Medication Delivery Cluster to drive portfolio growth, develop impactful marketing strategies, and help improve patient outcomes across our medication delivery portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, international environment where you'll influence commercial success, shape go-to-market strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of portfolio and marketing strategies aligned with global and regional priorities. You will own the product lifecycle from commercialization through to discontinuation and play a key role in driving portfolio growth and market success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute portfolio and marketing strategies aligned with global and regional objectives.
  • Lead product lifecycle management activities from launch through discontinuation.
  • Build and apply deep market, customer, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and portfolio strategies across customer segments and channels.
  • Create and localize marketing content, tools, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Support tender strategies and develop positioning to maximize commercial success.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives and campaign execution.
  • Deliver product training and education to commercial teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide pricing guidance in line with regional and global frameworks.
  • Support demand planning, forecasting, and opportunity management activities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, KPIs, and commercial milestones.
  • Provide upstream input to support future portfolio development and innovation.

What You'll Bring

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management and/or Marketing within the Life Sciences or MedTech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical marketing expertise with a proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation.
  • International business exposure is advantageous.

  • Comfortable working across multiple countries and functions.
  • Willing to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
