This internship provides an opportunity to support the UCC (Urology & Critical Care) and Surgery marketing team in executing product and portfolio strategies across key therapeutic areas. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives that support the UCC & Surgery team's product and portfolio strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Support the creation of digital content and materials for campaigns, sales enablement, product launches, and internal communications.
  • Track and report basic marketing performance metrics, including KPIs and customer engagement analytics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Medical, Compliance, and Operations to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing activities.
  • Assist in organizing customer education sessions, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation including marketing calendars, project trackers, and product information databases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or current student in business, life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market or customer data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, marketing automation tools).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with design tools or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong interest in product marketing, customer insights, or portfolio strategy.
  • Communication skills (fluent in English, native in Korean)
