Job Description Summary

This internship provides an opportunity to support the APM (Advanced Patient Monitoring) marketing team across product related activities. The role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations within a clinical and critical care environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive, with a strong interest in patient monitoring technologies and healthcare marketing.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Operation

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for APM products.
  • Support rebranding, creation, localization, and management of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets), including internal process handling.
  • Manage logistics for events, workshops, webinars, and customer training sessions.
  • Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for design, printing, and content production.

2. Sales Enablement Support

  • Prepare sales dashboards, KPI updates, and weekly/monthly performance summaries.
  • Update and maintain product training materials and support internal/external product education.
  • Support management of demo units, sample devices, and related logistics.
  • Support internal process on product complaint handling

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or current student in business, life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or other related fields.
  • Ability to perform in-depth sales data analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and openness to adopting new technologies to improve workflow.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (able to join basic meetings and write routine emails, though complex topics may be challenging).
  • Strong growth mindset with a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
  • Communication skills (Advanced English proficiency, Korean native)
