Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Building, coordinating and consolidating relationships with distributors, HCPs, decision makers and opinion leaders
- Ensuring to deliver regional targets of sales and profitability
- Development and implementation of an individual sales strategy tailored to the customer's needs
- Implementation of the market development strategy
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database (salesforce.com) of all accounts, including activities, opportunities, threats and customer contact details.
- Participation in relevant conferences, workshops as required
- Pricing and contract management, business plans creation
- Supporting distributors in tender preparation
- Handling of product complaints, processing in appropriate systems and communication with customers.
- Support applications of the products in the field
- Close cooperation with Application Specialists in the region to agree on actions, timing, follow up and feedback
- Close cooperation with marketing and clinical specialists on support needed (publications, materials, KOL references)
- Regular collection and processing of market information (trends, competition behavior, products, services, etc.) and introducing ideas for the development of sales plans.
- Conducting product trainings to distributors and HCPs with close cooperation with Clinical/Application Specialist

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Higher education/university degree in a relevant field (field of biology, biochemistry or molecular biology will be an asset)
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Account/Territory Manager in a medical devices/pharmaceutical company with proven track record of success
- Knowledge of blood drawing and laboratory preanalytical market will be additional asset
- Native or proficient in Hungarian/ Very good knowledge of English spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of Romanian will be additional asset
- Highest communication skills
- Organizational savvy
- Innovative, creative, willing to learn, open to change, able to adapt quickly
- Ability to create and adapt SM value proposition and present to C-Suit
- Project management skills (planning and monitoring of timeline vs resources vs scope)
- A proactive, result driven & entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to network & build long-term customer relationships
- Self-starter, flexible, dynamic, action-oriented and driven with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to both work independently as within a team with the ability to influence without authority
- Extensive travel required (60-80% of time)
