Job Description
El Ingeniero de Control y Automatización responsable de mantener
confiabilidad de sistemas automatizados end-to-end, integrando estrategia, ejecución y mejora continua en entornos industriales de alto desempeño.
Liderazgo en Confiabilidad y Performance
- Define e implementa la estrategia de confiabilidad para sistemas de control, robótica e instrumentación, asegurando máxima disponibilidad y desempeño alineado a KPIs clave (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).

Excelencia en Mantenimiento y Solución de Problemas Complejos
- Impulsa modelos de mantenimiento basado en confiabilidad (RCM), lidera análisis de causa raíz y elimina fallas recurrentes mediante soluciones técnicas robustas.
Dominio Técnico en Automatización Industrial
- Supervisa el diseño, programación y evolución de tecnologías (PLC, SCADA, HMI, redes industriales), garantizando cumplimiento regulatorio, integridad de datos y mejores prácticas.
Optimización de Activos y Evolución Tecnológica
- Gestiona refacciones críticas, obsolescencia y roadmap tecnológico, asegurando continuidad operativa y modernización de sistemas.
Decisiones Basadas en Datos
- Monitorea y analiza desempeño de sistemas para anticipar fallas, optimizar procesos y fortalecer la estabilidad operativa.
Liderazgo de Equipos de Alto Nivel
- Desarrolla talento técnico, define capacidades clave y actúa como referente experto en automatización y resolución de eventos críticos.
Gestión de Proyectos y Cambios
- Asegura ejecución técnica exitosa de proyectos (mejora, expansión, modernización), cumpliendo alcance, costo y tiempo bajo estándares de control de cambios.
🔹 Cumplimiento y Gobernanza Técnica
- Garantiza documentación, auditorías, integridad de datos y ciberseguridad industrial en entornos regulados.
Educación y Experiencia
- Titulado Ing. en Automatización y control, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Eléctrica y/o a fin.
- Inglés: Intermedio-Avanzado.
- 5 a 10 años experiencia en Mtto Industrial, automatización y control y gestión de proyectos, coordinación de equipos técnicos.
- Gestión de sistemas PLC, HMI, robots industriales, redes industriales e instrumentación, TPM.
- Análsis del desempeño: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, fallas recurrentes.
