IDS-SM Sales Specialist
Job Description Summary
The IDS-SM Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and market share growth of Becton Dickinson's Integrated Diagnostic Systems (IDS) and Specimen Management (SM) product portfolios within Taiwan. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for IDS and SM product lines, contributing to overall regional sales objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans for key accounts and territories, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and clinical value.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, laboratory managers, and procurement personnel.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to internal teams.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Marketing, Clinical Applications, Customer Service, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
