Job Description Summary

This is a Human Capital Specialist role, which requires close interaction with diverse business managers and tower leaders, locally and globally. The incumbent is expected to be the independent HRBP to provide professional local HR advice by liaising and coordinating with local and regional HR functional teams and service vendors, to formulate HR solutions and to drive the execution of an effective and successful HR partnering model.

Job Description

  • HR Partnering
    • Supporting and partner with the various functions within the site as assigned, providing guidance and counsel on a variety of HR related topics.
    • Deployment of corporate or regional HR initiatives or projects, as required.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
    • Partner with RPO team to deliver effective deployment of Workday, hiring process, manpower planning, internships, vendor agencies, campus recruitment, and talent attraction strategies.
    • Collaborate with business to deliver an effective and efficient on-boarding process for new joiners
  • Employee Engagement
    • Establish a positive, engaging and conducive environment through structured communications platform.
    • Play a critical support role in execution of initiatives that supports cultural building in the transformation journey of the site
  • BD Employer Branding and EVP
    • Strengthen BD employer branding in the job market as well as with institutions through college/universities internship and career talks, career fairs and other external engagement opportunities.
  • Employee and Industrial Relations
    • Responsible for managing Employee Relations (ER) issues which include staff grievances handling, counseling, disciplinary actions employee communications, advising and providing guidance for effective employee and employer relationship and other best practices related to HR services
    • Conduct Domestic Inquiry (DI) proceedings in accordance with the law and liaise with legal advisor, government and statutory agencies, when required.
    • Provides ER related recommendation to people managers.
    • Proactively identify and respond to all employee relations activities, propose resolution recommendation, per best market practices, in line with the Company's values and practices
