Main responsibilities will include:
- Prepare quotations aligned with global health procurement requirements
- Coordinate international health tenders for organizations such as UNICEF and Stop TB
- Track awarded tenders and ensure service level agreements are fulfilled
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and service claims
- Provide logistics support for sensitive and cold chain products
- Monitor order fulfillment and minimize backorders through proactive communication
- Maintain compliance with shelf-life and expiry requirements
- Generate monthly revenue reports and assist with due diligence and regulatory documentation.
About you
- Diploma or higher education with strong written and verbal English skills
- Knowledge of supply chain, order handling, and customer service processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage
- Experience in global health, NGOs, or healthcare sectors is beneficial
- Organized, solution-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Motivated to learn and contribute as part of a diverse team
Salary range for the role: 62 000 EUR pa+ benefits
