Job Description
Actividades y responsabilidades principales
- Definir y liderar la estrategia de la plataforma Vascular, alineada con los lineamientos globales y regionales, así como con los objetivos estratégicos de la Unidad de Negocio PI.
- Elaborar y ejecutar el plan anual de marketing, incluyendo lanzamientos, extensiones de portafolio y estrategias de crecimiento por segmento, cliente y país.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio, tendencias de mercado y necesidades clínicas no cubiertas, desarrollando business cases para nuevas iniciativas.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación del plan estratégico a nivel HUB/países, garantizando consistencia y foco en prioridades.
- Gestión de Mercado y Relacionamiento con Stakeholders Clínicos
- Implementación Comercial y Lanzamientos
- Gestión Financiera y Desempeño del Negocio
- Supply, Planificación y Soporte Interno
Formación académica y experiencia previa
- Título universitario en Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería Comercial o Carreras del Área de la Salud.
- Se valorará formación de posgrado en Marketing, Negocios o Gestión.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de gestión de producto, marketing o roles comerciales relacionados.
- Experiencia previa en dispositivos médicos o industria de la salud, preferentemente en el área vascular/intervencionismo.
