Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative FP&A Business Partner to support our Business Development and cross-functional teams. This role will serve as a strategic finance advisor, helping drive key business decisions through financial insights, forecasting, business modeling, and performance management. The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for influencing business strategy.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes for assigned business units.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support revenue, margin, and cost forecasts.
  • Provide scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making.

2. Business Partnering & Strategy Support

  • Act as the primary finance partner to Business Director, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with business teams to evaluate pipeline opportunities, deal economics, and pricing strategies.
  • Influence and challenge business assumptions while maintaining strong relationships.

3. Performance Management

  • Deliver monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and insights on key drivers.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Track KPIs and support leadership in operational and strategic reviews.

4. Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Develop business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and investments.
  • Conduct ROI, NPV, and profitability analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Enhance and simplify financial models and reporting tools to improve business visibility.

5. Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare management reporting packages for leadership and Region finance teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate financial policies.
  • Support audit, compliance, and internal controls as required.

🧩 Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, financial analysis, scenario modeling).
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with commercial, Business development or product teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in multinational companies or global matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with business development, pricing, or deal evaluation.
  • Proficiency in SAP / Power BI / BPC or other BI tools.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
