Job Description

Responsabilidades

Auxiliar na organização e manutenção de arquivos e documentos.
Prestar suporte em atividades administrativas e operacionais.
Colaborar na coleta e análise de dados para relatórios.
Participar de reuniões e treinamentos, contribuindo com ideias e aprendizado.
Apoiar a equipe em projetos específicos, conforme demanda.
Realizar outras tarefas pertinentes à função, de acordo com a necessidade do setor.

Qualificações

Estar cursando ensino superior em áreas como Administração, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, TI ou correlatas.
Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint).
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
Capacidade de organização e proatividade.
Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas diárias.
