We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our portfolio of cervical cancer diagnostic products, including cytology and genetic tests, within the Women's Health sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions. This role will be responsible for operation, strategy, market analysis, and lifecycle management, ensuring the successful commercialization and growth of our products in the market.

Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
1. Develop and implement the product strategy and marketing operation for the cervical cancer diagnostics portfolio, focusing on cytology and genetic tests.
2. Drive top line by working closely with sales team while maintaining the business profitability and Gross Profit (GP) targets.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks, as well as ensure the product offering remains competitive and relevant.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Application, Market Shaping, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment on product development and go-to-market strategies.
5. Provide product training and support to the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and market growth.
6. Monitor product performance and key metrics to ensure commercial success, and take corrective actions as needed.
7. Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights and build advocacy for the products.
8. Plan and execute events such as academic conferences, exhibitions, seminars and BD -sponsored events for building and maintaining key customer relationship.
9. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and event-based initiatives.
10. Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements, working with internal regulatory teams to facilitate product registrations and approvals.

Required Qualifications
1. Successful experience in Marketing, preferable in healthcare (minimum 3-5 years in a marketing role)
2. Successful experience of convince customers with value proposition of commodity product and service among several competitors.
3. Superior communication skills and presentation skills including ability to train teams.

4. English skill (conversation, reading and writing).
5. Solid PC skills, including use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working in a global or regional product management role in the medical device or diagnostics industry.
2. Familiarity with cytology and genetic testing methodologies and their clinical applications.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
