- Develop and implement the product strategy and marketing operation for the cervical cancer diagnostics portfolio, focusing on cytology and genetic tests.
- Drive top line by working closely with sales team while maintaining the business profitability and Gross Profit (GP) targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks, as well as ensure the product offering remains competitive and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Application, Market Shaping, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment on product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide product training and support to the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and market growth.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics to ensure commercial success, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights and build advocacy for the products.
- Plan and execute events such as academic conferences, exhibitions, seminars and BD -sponsored events for building and maintaining key customer relationship.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and event-based initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements, working with internal regulatory teams to facilitate product registrations and approvals.
