Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for managing distributor-related data, coordinating channel performance reviews, supporting compliance and contract processes, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. The Coordinator also acts as the superuser for the customer portal and contributes to various cross-functional projects.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Analysis
- Collect, validate, and analyze in-market sales, inventory, end-customer data, and internal to-market sales.
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc market and sales analysis reports.
- Pre-cleanse and report data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerApps.
2. Channel Management & Planning
- Track and summarize distributor performance in alignment with channel strategy and compliance requirements.
- Assess distributor performance against KPIs.
- Coordinate regular business reviews and cadences with distributors and internal functions.
- Manage distributor contracts and collaborate with Ethics & Compliance and Legal teams for due diligence.
- Maintain customer master data and support global/local distributor data management practices.
3. Communication
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders (Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal).
- Maintain effective communication with distributors to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
4. Customer Portal Administration
- Participate in portal launch initiatives
- Serve as the superuser and administrator of the customer portal.
- Manage portal operations, resolve issues, and coordinate with external users.
- Provide training and support to internal and external users.

Position Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in distributor/channel management, sales operations, or data analysis.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerApps.
- Excellent communication in English and Korean (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
