Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM)
BD Advanced Patient Monitoring is a global leader in advanced monitoring solutions that expands BD's portfolio of smart connected care solutions with its growing set of leading monitoring technologies, advanced AI-enabled clinical decision tools and robust innovation pipeline. BD Advanced Patient Monitoring's technologies are often used simultaneously with the BD Alaris™ Infusion System in the operating room or intensive care units. The combination of BD's new advanced monitoring and existing infusion platforms enables future innovation opportunities for closed-loop hemodynamic monitoring and IV fluid and medication administration by integrating combined company data sets and interoperability capabilities.
The Director of Capital Platforms is a global marketing leadership role responsible for driving the success of the Advanced Patient Monitoring's capital platform business. This position will lead a team of product managers to execute strategies that expand clinician and patient reach, while shaping the future of our capital portfolio. The role encompasses new product development, pricing strategies, and initiatives to accelerate adoption across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers to deliver on business objectives for capital platforms.
- New Product Development: Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to define requirements, guide development, and ensure successful commercialization of new capital products.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and reach in key geographies.
- Strategic Planning: Create and maintain long-term marketing plans aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Voice of Customer: Engage with clinicians, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders to understand needs and refine value propositions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in global marketing within the medical device industry with a consistent track record of high performance and results.
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in roles requiring influence, cross-functional collaboration, and people management.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Results-driven and action-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel globally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and key influencers.
- High integrity and alignment with BD's core values.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a technical field required.
