Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Digital Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced web migration project. This 12-month fixed contract role is essential to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely migration of digital assets, while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing user experience. You will work closely with global collaborators, content owners, and technical teams to manage resources, approvals, translations, and execution.
Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Content Audit & Mapping: Review and categorize existing content for alignment with new web page structure and taxonomy.
- Project Coordination: Track migration milestones, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Collaborator Liaison: Communicate with global and regional teams to align priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain transparency.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external contributors including content creators, developers, and localization teams.
- Approvals & Submissions: Manage the end-to-end process of content approvals and submissions, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
- Translation Coordination: Oversee translation workflows for localized content, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation of migrated content for accuracy, functionality, and brand compliance.
- Reporting: Document progress and provide regular updates to project leads.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing project coordination. Experience with website migration or rebranding projects.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic understanding of web technologies.
- Proficient English
- Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Adobe suite. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Salary range for this role: 35.000€ - 45.000€
